medjool.food ("the platform", "we") is an independent information resource for the global Medjool date trade. We collect as little personal data as an industry platform can, and this page explains all of it in plain language.
Forms you submit. When you subscribe to The Medjool Brief or write to the Request Desk, we receive what you type: name, work email, organization, role, and your message. We use it to send you the newsletter you asked for, to answer your request, and to maintain our directory and contact records.
Nothing else. The tools on this site (price index, calculators, calendar) run entirely in your browser; the numbers you type into them are never transmitted to us. We set no advertising trackers and run no third-party ad scripts.
Form submissions are captured by Netlify (our hosting provider), and synchronized to HubSpot (our contact management system) and Resend (our email delivery service) so we can reply and deliver the Brief. Each of these processors handles data under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
Every Brief includes a working unsubscribe path (reply STOP, or use the unsubscribe link). Unsubscribing removes you from mailings immediately.
Write to hello@medjool.food to access, correct, export, or delete your data. We act on such requests within 30 days.
Material changes to this policy will be dated at the top of this page and announced in the Brief.
